Once we have a mutual agreement on the needed work to be done, Fuse Tech will arrive as scheduled with our specially equipped semi/trailer to your site. All needed materials and accessory equipment are delivered to your location, along with the most experienced and professional personnel in the industry.
In addition to advance communication of our services prior to arrival, we will conduct an onsite survey to introduce our team to yours. We will then review the scope and timing for the ceramic welding repair project through completion, and ensure all safety protocols are understood and followed.
If our customer requires, a high resolution camera will be supplied to view damage inside the tank furnace walls.
During a hot repair job, the float glass or industrial furnace will remain running throughout the refractory repair process to ensure no interruption is made to your production with minimal loss. The ceramic welding will be done as quickly as possible, finishing with our technicians cleaning up and returning all equipment to our onsite semi/trailer.
Should your melting glass furnace require a cold face repair solution, no downtime will occur.
Following all work, we will ensure the job is done to satisfaction, all safety procedures are completed and we will conduct a follow-up meeting to review our work.
